CHEF
Chef Das has about 40 years of experience from kitchens large and small, in Japan and in the US.
He graduated from a culinary Institute in Japan and spent 10 years at a popular sushi restaurant in Tokyo. After that he moved to New York and developed his skills at Japanese restaurants for 28 years in total.
The experience of working at many restaurants has given him the knowledge to move forward with opening his own small restaurant Riki Sushi. He would like to bring his passion for Japanese food here to Michigan.
